For our marketing purposes we collect your name, address and email information. We might log the IP address of the users who download our digital products and documents. We never share your information with any other third parties but we might contact you regarding your experience with our products and send you marketing materials via email or mail.

You confirm that you are not downloading the software and documents from countries sanctioned by Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or sending or redistributing the software to any user in those countries, in any manner and any form.

The trial version is made available free of charge for one time use, solely for the purpose of evaluation. During this period, the user shall not use the Software for any commercial, clinical and/or research purposes. You may ask for any extension of the trial version from the Vendor by sending an email to support@neuromote.com. It is the full discretion of the Vendor to accept or reject the extension of the trial. There are certain limitations in the functionality of the Trial version.

The Software is provided by Neuromote “as is”. We will not be liable for any general, special, incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any other business or economic disadvantage suffered by the users arising out of the use or failure to use the Software.

The Software may not be modified, reverse-engineered, or de-complied in any manner through current or future available technologies. Title, copyright, intellectual property rights and distribution rights of the software remain exclusively with Neuromote LLC. Intellectual property rights include the look and feel of the Software. You are not permitted to (and will not permit others to) lease, rent, distribute, assign, commercially exploit, or sublicense the Software in any unauthorized manner.
